BlockFi is looking for a Product Manager, Retail Trading to join our growing team!

About Your Team

We're building out the products and infrastructure that power our business. We’re looking for detail-oriented, customer-driven, strategic product thinkers to build new products within the Crypto and FinTech industry.

Your Mission

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the ever-changing Retail FinTech and Crypto market, competitive dynamics, and client segments and leverage that knowledge to drive forward innovative, “default” products. Our talented and diverse product and engineering team is distributed across time zones and prides itself on being solutions-focused. We’ve cultivated a fast-paced “New Tech” environment, where continuous delivery is a way of life.

Responsibilities

The development teams at BlockFi encompass Product, Design, and Engineering in a seamless cohesive whole. As part of that product team, your responsibility will be to:

• Be an advocate for our clients and passionate about delivering a best in class, “default” experience
• Own and drive the product vision and implementation for the trading platform’s roadmap
• Write detailed product requirements in collaboration with the Engineering, Business, and Design teams
• Facilitate communication between business and engineering teams and work to ensure all members of the team have a platform for their ideas to be heard
• Obsess over feature planning, prioritization, the roadmap, and the overall delivery timeline
• Identify measurable business outcomes and build the reporting and analytics to measure success
• Actively monitor the marketplace and competitors to ensure BlockFi delivers a best in class experience

Your Expertise

• 3+ years as Product Management/Owner with 1+ years of experience in the FinTech industry, Online Brokerage, or Crypto experience
• Proficient with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English)
• Problem-solving mindset
• Maintain composure and tact under pressure
• Able to work independently while maintaining transparency and collaboration with a larger team
• Ability to multitask and to manage multiple priorities across multiple teams that are geographically dispersed.
