About the role:
Amun 21Shares is eager to hire a National Account sales person to support our distribution efforts and grow our account relationships. This is a great opportunity to work closely with our Head of Sales and partner on developing sales efforts. We are looking for someone that has a mission-first approach, embraces high performance, and thrives in an inclusive and diverseorganization.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with Product and Research to create sophisticated thought leadership, product and capital markets updates to support gatekeepers
- Partner with internal stakeholders on new product development
- Take on primary coverage of Tier 1 research gatekeepers and CIO Offices
- Partner with National Account Managers to cover Tier 2 and some Tier 3 gatekeepers in product specialist capacity
- Drive new platform placement, recommended list placement and discretionary model placement
- Drive gatekeeper strategy within National Accounts team to ensure it is being implemented consistently with tier 2 and tier 3 firms
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing and Product) to improve gatekeeper content
What you need to be great in this role:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of national accounts or relevant market research experience •
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the ETF or investment management industry
- Series 7 is required, Series 63, 65 or 66 will be required within first 6-12 months of employment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Thorough understanding of the ETF and Crypto industries and distribution framework
- Efficient organizational and coordination skills necessary for management of firms and projects
- Professional approach to work with service orientation including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
