Head of Growth - DeFi/Crypto

A FinTech client of ours is looking for a Crypto focused Head of Growth specialist to take on a new and exciting role! Built on Arbitrum, a Layer-2 blockchain on Ethereum, this company is a decentralized exchange. The role is fully remote and will report to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this role is to bring new users to the platform through multiple channels using a data driven approach. User acquisition is the primary goal, while user retention is the secondary goal
Liasie with the anyalytics and data engineering team in scoring and adjusting activities in line with the findings of the tracking system
Incorporate market and industry trends, available research data, and web funnel analytics to determine optimal media mix
Interact with existing customers, as well as new prospects and leads, providing the necessary information needed to operate trades on the exchange
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in marketing and growth
Have a deep and broad experience in media strategy and planning, digital marketing, and media and campain analytics
An understanding of the Blockchain and Crypto ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more
Experience working in a start-up culture
Strong understanding of digital marketing platform metrics
Critial thinking and data driven decision making
