Company Description
DX Blockchain Group FZCO is a blockchain development company focused on building decentralized applications, smart contracts, white-label NFT marketplaces, and secure blockchain infrastructure. The company helps businesses turn blockchain technology into practical products through architecture, development, security, deployment, and ongoing technical support.
As demand grows for decentralized finance, tokenized products, digital ownership, smart contract automation, and Web3 applications, DX Blockchain Group is expanding its blockchain engineering capabilities.
Role Description
We are hiring a Blockchain Developer to design, build, test, and maintain smart contracts, decentralized applications, wallet integrations, and blockchain-based products.
This is a full-time technical role intended for developers with direct cryptocurrency or Web3 experience. Candidates should understand how public blockchains, wallets, transactions, gas fees, token standards, decentralized applications, and smart contracts operate in production.
General software development experience without practical blockchain knowledge will not be sufficient for this position.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work remotely from the United States.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade smart contracts and decentralized applications
Build blockchain products across DeFi, NFT marketplaces, tokenized assets, wallets, payments, digital ownership, and Web3 infrastructure
Develop secure smart contracts using Solidity and modern Ethereum development frameworks
Integrate frontend and backend applications with blockchain networks, wallets, RPC providers, indexers, and smart contract APIs
Implement token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, permit-based approvals, and upgradeable contract patterns where appropriate
Build wallet connectivity using technologies such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, ethers.js, viem, or web3.js
Write automated unit, integration, fork, and end-to-end tests for smart contracts and blockchain workflows
Review smart contracts for reentrancy, access-control errors, oracle manipulation, arithmetic issues, front-running exposure, signature vulnerabilities, and other security risks
Optimize smart contract architecture and gas usage without compromising readability, maintainability, or security
Work with blockchain explorers, testnets, local nodes, RPC providers, decentralized storage systems, and on-chain data services
Participate in technical architecture discussions, code reviews, documentation, deployment planning, and incident investigation
Monitor protocol upgrades, Ethereum improvement proposals, blockchain security incidents, developer tooling, and emerging Web3 standards
Collaborate with product, design, security, infrastructure, and client-facing teams to translate requirements into reliable blockchain products
Qualifications
Professional experience developing smart contracts, decentralized applications, blockchain infrastructure, or cryptocurrency products
Strong proficiency in Solidity and practical knowledge of the Ethereum Virtual Machine
Experience using Foundry, Hardhat, or another professional smart contract development and testing framework
Experience integrating applications with wallets, smart contracts, RPC endpoints, blockchain explorers, and on-chain data
Understanding of Ethereum transactions, calldata, events, gas, nonces, signatures, private and public keys, contract storage, and transaction finality
Understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities and secure development practices
Familiarity with DeFi, token standards, decentralized exchanges, liquidity pools, staking, multisignature wallets, bridges, oracles, and governance systems
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and experience with Node.js
Experience using Git, GitHub, automated testing, pull-request workflows, and continuous integration
Ability to explain previously developed blockchain products, deployed contracts, or meaningful open-source Web3 contributions
Strong debugging, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
Experience deploying and maintaining smart contracts on Ethereum mainnet or established Layer 2 networks
Experience with Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, or Solana
Familiarity with OpenZeppelin Contracts, Safe, Chainlink, The Graph, IPFS, Alchemy, Infura, QuickNode, Tenderly, Slither, Mythril, or similar tools
Experience developing DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, tokenization platforms, blockchain payments, custody workflows, or wallet applications
Understanding of account abstraction, cross-chain messaging, upgradeable contracts, multisignature governance, zero-knowledge systems, or decentralized identity
Experience performing smart contract reviews, responding to security findings, or working with external auditors
Public GitHub repositories, verified contract addresses, technical writing, hackathon projects, or open-source blockchain contributions
Background in computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity, mathematics, or a related technical discipline
Benefits
Remote work environment for candidates based in the United States
Opportunity to build real blockchain products including smart contracts, dApps, NFT marketplaces, wallets, and tokenized applications
Exposure to blockchain architecture, smart contract security, Web3 infrastructure, DeFi, and digital ownership
Collaborative technical environment involving blockchain engineers, product teams, security specialists, and Web3 professionals
Opportunities for professional development in smart contract engineering, protocol design, blockchain security, and decentralized application architecture
Compensation
Salary range: $90,000 - $95,000 USD per year depending on blockchain engineering experience, smart contract expertise, security knowledge, and production deployment history
Performance-based incentives and additional bonus opportunities may also be available
