bloXroute Labs is seeking a proactive and results- oriented Business Development Manager to join our winning team. This position will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive bloXroute’s business growth in Chinese and APAC markets
- Handle sales and partnership leads, manage the process and bring business results
- Conduct market analysis and outreach to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the DeFi space
- Contribute to growth functions including content, social, media and events
- Proactively seek and cultivate new relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients to drive business growth
- Work closely with the business team to provide support in the development of proposals, presentations and sales materials
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Fully remote, based in Asia, cover Asia time zone and flexible with work arrangements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development and Business Management
- Knowledge and experience with DeFi, blockchain and crypto technology
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to simplify technical data into crystal clear ideas
- Ability to perform under in a fast-paced environment
