What weâre looking for: Weâre seeking a talented and passionate Email Marketing Director to join our Email Marketing Team. The Email Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing the creation, development, & execution of high-quality Email Marketing for always-on & local emails. This individual will report to our Global Head of Email Marketing and work closely with the Email Marketing Team and other cross-functional teams. To thrive in this role, you possess excellent strategic and team leadership skills, and be well-versed in crypto.
Top responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and global email marketing strategy for always-on email that encompasses all customer segments
- Own & maintain the roadmap & testing agenda for always-on email, ensuring we continue to expand and optimize our email marketing work
- Work with your team to manage email marketing campaigns from end to end; strategy, testing, optimizations, building, monitoring, reporting and analysis
- Manage and mentor a team of 2 marketing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of email marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Closely collaborate with local market teams to consult & advise on local market driven email strategy & plan. Ensure
- Work across Product Marketing, Product Management, Local Markets, Brand Design to ensure emails are relevant & high quality
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all emails.
- Work closely with the team & brand design to continue to elevate the quality of creative for email marketing efforts
Youâd be a great fit if you have the following skills:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Engagement Marketing or other related roles
- Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years leading teams & developing talent
- Experience in crypto, with a background in trading.
- Experience with exchanges. Strong knowledge of CEFI & DeFi
- Experience with creative storytelling with the ability to develop compelling email
- A strong collaborator. Can work closely with teams across the organization

The salary range for this position is $191,000 to 219,000.
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
