As Project Lead Development at Blockbyte, you are responsible for the end-to-end technical execution of our web platforms. You lead the development team, ensure clean implementation of features, define technical standards, and act as the bridge between design and development. Your job is to ensure that everything the design team creates is translated accurately and efficiently into functioning, high-quality applications.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the frontend & backend development teams
- Translate business and design requirements into technical tasks
- Maintain high-quality coding and review standards
- Write and coordinate tasks on jira
- Oversee feature planning, timelines, QA, and deployments
- Act as key liaison between design and development to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Identify technical risks early and suggest proactive solutions
Your profile:
- 5+ years experience as a senior developer or technical lead
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML/CSS, React, APIs, CI/CD)
- Experience managing developers in agile teams
- Deep understanding of design handoffs, responsiveness, and UI performance
- You’re fluent in both developer and designer language
