We’re seeking a Senior .NET Developer to evolve our .NET 8 backend. You’ll work on performance, scalability, MongoDB integrations, and background processing while driving architectural improvements.

Candidate requirements

• 5+ years of .NET experience (C# 8+, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs)
• Strong experience with the MongoDB .NET Driver (LINQ, transactions, aggregation pipelines)
• Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Storage)
• Understanding of async/await, performance optimization, and secure API design

Job responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain our .NET 8 backend with modern C# practices
• Work extensively with the MongoDB .NET Driver (indexes, aggregations, performance tuning)
• Refactor and simplify complex business logic into clean, testable components
• Develop Azure WebJobs & Functions for background tasks and automation
• Integrate external APIs (ATS, payment, social, and Web3 services)
• Contribute to gamification, referral, and blockchain features
