Tasks
- Act as a Key Account / Relationship Manager for the Tangany Custody Suite
- Project management for upcoming large clients
- Learn the customer needs and help our team in the after-sales process
- You are the contact person for our active B2B clients
- Manage the partnerships with our B2B clients and help to define product vision, product strategy, and roadmap
- Transform customer needs into new product functionalities and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the team and our partners
- Work closely with our engineering team to define the overall functional scope
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration/Finance or relevant and sufficient practical experience
- Fluency in German and English
- 3+ years Experience as a product manager within the financial service industry
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge about the blockchain and crypto custody market is a plus
- Occasional stay in Munich (at our office)
