Crypto/Web3 Account Manager Role 150Bond provides high-level strategic advice to C-level executives, helping them tell their stories and grow their networks. We work with high-growth tech startups, top-tier VCs, and Fortune 500s. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our global team in the Dublin office, with a particular focus on candidates who have experience or a strong interest in crypto/blockchain/Web3. Ideally, you’re excited about innovative companies and investors building the future of the internet—across fintech, deep tech, B2B enterprise, and especially Web3 and digital assets. You will have solid relationships with crypto media, podcasts and event organizers and a passion for driving meaningful communications strategies for companies that are disrupting traditional models. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of an account, crafting and executing creative strategies, managing client communications, and mentoring junior team members. This is a hands-on position that requires strong time management, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and a keen interest in the fast-evolving crypto landscape. Desired skills:
A team player with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record managing crypto clients Experience in securing top-tier media coverage across business, tech, and crypto/Web3 outlets (e.g., Bloomberg, Fortune, WSJ, TechCrunch, CoinDesk, The Block, Decrypt) Leverage established journalist and event relationships to drive media coverage and storytelling opportunities A creative and ideas-first approach with a strategic mindset to consistently deliver for clients operating in complex and fast-moving industries Lead account teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment, mentoring junior staff and managing workflows Ability to manage competing priorities, including client relationship management, news planning, end-of-month reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders (e.g., investors, IR, legal, policy) Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail Exceptional writing and messaging development skills—especially when simplifying technical topics like blockchain or DeFi A strong understanding of the media landscape and emerging tech trends, particularly in the Web3 and digital asset space
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the PR industry Experience at a communications agency with crypto clients or in-house at a tech or crypto/Web3 company Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated interest in and understanding of today’s tech landscape—especially AI, fintech and blockchain Adaptability, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a rapidly evolving space
