The Digital Platforms team is responsible for cultivating and managing Mastercardās strategic partnerships with key players across the digital payments ecosystem. We enable the biggest names in tech, e-commerce, and financial services to build best-in-class solutions leveraging Mastercard technology and to deliver them at scale ā solving real world problems for our partners and their customers. Weāre looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced, strategic team to manage and grow relationships with key global partners. This individual will enable our customersā success by increasing the adoption of Mastercard products and services. This individual will be at the forefront of payment and financial services innovation delivering impactful and industry-leading capabilities to the market in collaboration with our partners. In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will:⢠Be key team member responsible for one or more of Mastercardās global partnerships with leading technology companies. ⢠Lead the day-to-day customer relationship including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders⢠Help drive Mastercardās go-to-market strategy with your partners across all Mastercard products and services. ⢠Identify new opportunities to expand our partnerships and evaluate and assess impact of these potential opportunities.⢠Co-innovate with partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams. ⢠Help represent your customersā and the market perspective internally at Mastercard⢠Help lead all aspects of customer engagement and proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal development (including business case development, commercial terms structuring, negotiations, and legal contracting) in close collaboration with key business partners (e.g., finance, legal, product, engineering) and regional teams. In line with Mastercardās total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
