We are looking for a driven and passionate Account Manager for the Crypto market to join our team!

Established in 2021, 3 Oaks Gaming is a fast-growing distributor of high-quality slot games and marketing tools for regulated markets across the globe. We are driven to provide the best experience for players, incorporating an engaging math balancing and unique promo tool mechanics.

Our team is full of extraordinary talents with strategic ambitions. We want to make 3 Oaks the leading content distributor in the regulated iGaming industry, supported by a strong management team with decades of industry experience.

You will work closely with our account managers, both in and off Bratislava, and our Unregulated Markets Team Lead, who will also manage this role.

  • Experience of working in the iGaming industry.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in Account Management or others as relevant for the role.
  • Experience of working with/organising promotions.
  • Experience in campaign management, to include monthly reporting on campaign success.
  • Proven ability to communicate and present on all levels in and outside the organization.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer’s real needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict
  • attention to details.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture, analytical and structured with a high degree of discipline,
  • and initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking full ownership of customer relationships and being the interface between the customer accounts and the company.
  • Taking full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals, and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing customer account plans that drive critical business objectives, maximizing long-term/short-term share of wallet, and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship and facilitating the optimization of customer account operations around the company’s gaming solutions offerings.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our gaming solutions in line with customer needs and objectives.
  • Monthly revenue forecasting and reporting - giving clear information on the customer’s performance, achievements, activities, and any other information as relevant.
  • Building and maintaining genuine, strong, long-lasting customer relationships on all levels.
  • Participating in, and where appropriate taking active part in, major exhibitions, conferences, and seminars on behalf of 3 Oaks Gaming.

What does an account manager do?

Their primary role is to ensure that their clients are satisfied with the products or services they are receiving, and to identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise

In order to effectively manage their accounts, account managers typically perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs
  • Handling any problems or issues that arise, and working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients
