What You Will Be Doing:

  • You will manage the accounts of a list of selected high-net-worth individuals from all parts of the world.
  • You will use predominantly email, phone, and Telegram to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • You will maximize the revenue earned from each account by understanding your clients' needs and satisfying them with Nexo's products and services.
  • You will ensure credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of Nexo's product portfolio, current market conditions, and competitors’ products.
  • You will be making sure your Salesforce records are up-to-date so management can work with accurate data.

What We Look For:

  • 3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or Financial services company.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage, follow and execute account management processes from start to finish.
  • Excellent English and Dutch language skills, complemented with an ability to adapt communication >
  • Self-driven, with the ability to deliver results in a high-paced environment.
  • Passion for digital assets and knowledge of developments in the decentralized finance and related crypto ecosystems is a bonus.
