Job Description

As our Office Account Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts, recording of recurring and non-recurring journal entries, reconciliation of bank and crypto accounts, preparation of payment vouchers, processing bank payments for approval, and coordinating with internal and external parties. You will also be handling administrative HR tasks and review of payroll summary.

In the first 3-6 months, your primary goal will be to work closely with the CFO, managing the company's accounts and ensuring timely reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly closing of accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Record recurring and non-recurring journal entries.
  • Perform reconciliation of bank and crypto accounts.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and process bank payments for approval.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties like operations, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, etc.
  • Experience with accounting using XERO.
  • Prepare and Review payroll for accuracy.
  • Handle administrative HR tasks.

Requirements

  • A college Degree in Finance, Accounting or a relevant field, or 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, XERO, and Google Suite are required.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to changing environments.
  • English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Manager Certification (CM), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Working Hours
Regular hours are 9 AM to 6 PM.
