Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager at Raiinmaker, you will lead our social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement efforts. You'll collaborate across teams to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and foster meaningful connections with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, including posts, videos, graphics, and stories, tailored to different audience segments.
- Community Engagement: Foster interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and cultivating a sense of community around our brand.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain active profiles on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Farcaster, and emerging platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support marketing initiatives.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and strategies for maximum impact.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media reach and engage with new audiences authentically.
- Brand Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with customers, advocates, and industry partners to turn them into brand ambassadors and advocates for Raiinmaker.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience in crypto and blockchain required, AI experience as well would be ideal.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
