In this role, you will architect and execute a framework that integrates quantitative and qualitative data for comprehensive token analysis—ultimately building dashboards, metrics, and a system that identifies opportunities in the crypto markets. This system will help inform decision-makers and identify actionable opportunities in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Crypto Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience working with on-chain data in a quantitative research or similar capacity.
  2. Follows industry developments, stays updated on key protocols and market trends, and maintains a genuine enthusiasm for exploring emerging blockchain technologies.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills (Python, SQL) for building and deploying models.

Familiarity with modern data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) preferred.

Quantitative Background:

Proven knowledge and experience with time series analysis, sentiment analysis, optimization techniques, and/or machine learning.

Hands-on experience translating quantitative research into actionable investment or trading signals.

Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Advanced Education: Advanced degree in Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Crypto-Specific Knowledge: Experience with crypto data vendors, APIs, and fundamental blockchain analytics.
  3. Understanding of tokenomics and blockchain protocol fundamentals.

Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
