We are seeking a talented and motivated Crypto Data Analyst to join our team. As a Crypto Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data related to blockchain level data, DeFi protocols, user metrics and more. You will work closely with our Research and Development teams as well as with Growth to extract insights from data and provide actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various DeFi protocols, blockchains and other smart contracts.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools to automate data collection and processing tasks.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in cryptocurrency markets and blockchain transactions.
- Build public dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying of relational databases, and dashboard building.
- Experience working with Dune or similar data analytics platforms for blockchain and DeFi data.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of DeFi and how blockchains work.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Communication skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
