Role overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Game/Product designer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and game mechanics for new products and games
• Create detailed specifications for game elements, interfaces, game scenarios
• Collect, analyse and visualise game analytics (metrics, models, reports)
• Build predictive models and game development scenarios
• Optimise game mechanics and economics based on the data
• Participate in product development decisions

Our ideal candidate:

• Is well versed in approaches to creating game balance
• Writes clear and comprehensive documentation
• Has skill in working with content (description, implementation)
• Has experience in implementing retention mechanics
• Well skilled in working with big data, SQL
• Understands online mobile gaming and gambling market trends
• Speaks Russian fluently

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in mockup development, interface planning and/or liaising with UX/UI designers
• Experience in analytics tools and A/B testing
• Experience in online gambling/casinos
• Has a university degree in maths, statistics or a related discipline
