Role overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Game/Product designer to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop concepts and game mechanics for new products and games
- Create detailed specifications for game elements, interfaces, game scenarios
- Collect, analyse and visualise game analytics (metrics, models, reports)
- Build predictive models and game development scenarios
- Optimise game mechanics and economics based on the data
- Participate in product development decisions
Our ideal candidate:
- Is well versed in approaches to creating game balance
- Writes clear and comprehensive documentation
- Has skill in working with content (description, implementation)
- Has experience in implementing retention mechanics
- Well skilled in working with big data, SQL
- Understands online mobile gaming and gambling market trends
- Speaks Russian fluently
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in mockup development, interface planning and/or liaising with UX/UI designers
- Experience in analytics tools and A/B testing
- Experience in online gambling/casinos
- Has a university degree in maths, statistics or a related discipline
