About The Role 🤔
Immutable is expanding rapidly in Asia and Korea is one of the most exciting regions for our growth. We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join our GTM team and help source the next generation of games onto Immutable’s Web3 platform.
This is a hands-on role where you will support senior BD leaders in prospecting, due diligence, and outreach across Korea’s fast-paced gaming ecosystem. You will work on building relationships with leading Web2 and Web3 gaming companies and helping unlock new opportunities in the region.
You will thrive here if you are scrappy, competitive, and excited about the intersection of gaming and Web3. This is a chance to operate at the ground floor of one of the world’s largest and best-funded Web3 gaming ecosystems, with the expectation that you will grow quickly.
You'll Be Empowered To 🎮
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities from both inbound and outbound sources
- Conduct research and due diligence on prospective partners, turning data into actionable insights
- Track and report on trends across the Web3 and Web2 gaming landscapes, identifying priority opportunities
- Build proposals, prepare outreach plans, and support the BD team through the full prospecting cycle
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to represent Korea in cross-functional GTM discussions
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
- 2+ years of professional experience in high-growth environments such as startups, gaming companies, consulting, or investment banking
- Demonstrated curiosity and passion for Web3, crypto, and gaming
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform research into insights and clear actions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Korean and business-level English
- Hustle and resilience - comfortable in a fast-moving, high-change environment and able to fully own follow-ups and tasks
- Experience in prospecting, client-facing work, or sales-driven roles
Bonus Points For ✅
- Prior experience in gaming, particularly with networks in Web2 gaming companies
- Familiarity with quota-carrying or outbound BD roles
- AI/LLM savvy, with examples of applying tools to improve workflow or decision-making
- Additional language skills (Japanese, Mandarin)
