Customer Support
You will be engaging with our customers when they have questions about our platform. You’ll be the eyes and ears of our customers when it comes to understanding their experience and how to make Shakepay better.
Bitcoin
You must have some knowledge about Bitcoin for this position. If you don't right now, a few hours on YouTube will give you the basics for a conversation with the team.
