The Arbitrum Foundation is an organisation based in the Cayman Islands that is tasked with developing and nurturing the Arbitrum ecosystem. This includes Arbitrum One, an Optimistic Rollup, that instantly scales apps, reducing costs and increasing capacity, without sacrificing Ethereum's security and Arbitrum Nova, which allows for ultra-low cost fees by leveraging AnyTrust technology making it ideal for Social and Gaming applications.

Arbitrum today is the leading Ethereum scaling solution with dominant market share including hundreds of apps on the platform and over 50% of all rollup liquidity. 


Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist applicants in navigating the grant application process, providing guidance on application requirements and guidelines.
    • Respond to applicant inquiries, addressing questions regarding eligibility, documentation, and submission procedures.
    • Review grant applications for completeness, ensuring all required information is provided.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of grant applications, agreements, and supporting documentation.
    • Create and maintain a centralized database to track the status of grant applications, awards, and reporting requirements.
    • Prepare and distribute grant-related documents, including award letters, contracts, and reporting templates.
    • Communicate with applicants regarding the status of their applications, including acknowledgment of receipt and updates on the review process.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather additional information or clarifications on grant applications as needed.
    • Assist grantees in understanding reporting requirements and deadlines.
    • Collect and review grantee reports, ensuring compliance with reporting guidelines and milestones.
    • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the grant program.
    • Collaborate with the Grant Manager to identify areas for improvement in grant processes, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
    • Provide feedback and insights based on applicant and grantee interactions to enhance the grant program experience

Desired Background

    • Familiarity with grant management processes and procedures is a must.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist applicants and grantees.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in using productivity tools, document management systems, and databases.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Interest in Web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts
