We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Shanghai, China. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and streamlining our recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You’ll collaborate with a global team and help attract top talent to support our company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring clear communication with candidates and interviewers.

  • Candidate Management: Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and addressing questions to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track recruitment metrics, and prepare reports for hiring managers.

  • Job Posting: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they align with our brand and attract diverse talent.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and contribute to the creation of best practices.

What you bring:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a similar administrative role.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

  • Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with a global team and diverse candidates.

  • A passion for improving candidate and team experiences.

Bonus Points

  • Experience coordinating interviews across international time zones.

  • Startup Experience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Previous experience in a startup is a plus.
