Overview  As the Marketing Intern, you will be part of the Marketing and Community team. This role requires you to dive deep into crypto markets, analyze trends, manage relationships and create engaging contents. You will use your crypto trading expertise to craft insightful market analyses: Data-driven, Macro, On-Chain & Technical. It is important to stay ahead of trends, capturing the crypto community's pulse. This internship opportunity offers exposure to the exciting world of cryptocurrency, hands-on experience in generating social media contents and driving community engagement. * This is a 3 or 6 months, full-time internship contract which requires you to work at our Central office at least 3 days a week. You must have the valid working rights in Hong Kong over the course of the internship period. Allowance is provided for this role.  Key Responsibilities

Manage a dynamic and strategic editorial calendar aligned with running campaigns and execute copywriting for social media, blogs, and videos.  Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media best practices, to inform the editorial calendar.  Plan, execute, and manage collaboration with crypto KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to drive BitMEX’s online traffic growth and learn the ropes of Web3 marketing. Oversee and manage  our primary social media channels—X, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Instagram—with creative editorial control, honing your skills as a Web3 content pro. Collaborate with the marketing dept to plan and execute global marketing campaigns and oversee project timelines.

Qualifications

You’re immersed in the crypto universe—whether as a degen trader, Twitter keyboard warrior, or DeFi farmer. You’re eager to deepen your expertise and grow into an expert in the crypto space. You live and breathe content creation – you’re always up to date with the latest crypto trends.  You are a self-starter, taking ownership of your vertical and communicating developments with proactive transparency. You have hands-on experience in social media management and production. Fluent in spoken and written English, with bonus points for additional languages. Excellent time and project management, resourcefulness and initiative. Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
