Act as the Lead Designer for our Trade & Finance platform—designing highly secure, performant workflows for institutional clients managing digital assets at scale Own the Growth & Enablement experience track, mentoring the existing designer and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, onboarding, analytics, and internal tools Collaborate with the Head of Design to set vision, process, and hiring plans for Growth as it scales Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, research, compliance, and marketing Infuse AI into product surfaces where it can drive clarity, speed, and trust Contribute to design system thinking, interaction models, and internal documentation

Requirements:

5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in crypto, DeFi, or institutional trading platforms Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, clean UI, complex flows, and problem-solving for fintech/crypto tools Experience designing high-trust, security-critical workflows Excitement to mentor and grow into a formal people management role Clear communication and stakeholder alignment skills—especially in regulated environments

Located in (or relocating to) the San Francisco Bay Area—this is an in-office role Preferred:

Prior experience in custody, compliance, or B2B crypto platforms Familiarity with AI-driven interfaces (prompt design, auto-summarization, smart routing) Hands-on experience with analytics tooling, growth loops, or conversion UX

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $150,000 - $170,000 USD base salary.
