Role Overview

We are in search of an adept Head of Product to spearhead our product evolution from conceptualization to deployment. This role demands a proactive stance in design, prototyping, and execution, with a keen focus on surpassing our clients' expectations through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the product design journey from initial concept, through documentation, to prototyping, design, and final sign-off.
• Foster close collaboration with the Project Manager, Design, and Development teams to maintain the highest quality of solutions.
• Engage directly in the creation process, from conceptual discussions to design iterations, supervising implementation, and assuming responsibility for the final product acceptance and ongoing enhancements.
• Facilitate direct communication with partners and key clients to refine product alignment and effectively address client requirements.
• Lead the integration with partners, safeguarding product coherence and steering the launch of new products.

Professional Experience & Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fintech arena in a similar position, with at least 1 year dedicated to cryptocurrency-related projects.
• Profound expertise in UML, and Figma, alongside significant analytical abilities for intricate data analysis.
• Intense experience with ChatGPT or comparable AI solutions, indicating a deep understanding and practical application of AI technologies in product management.
• Educational credentials are secondary to a demonstrable track record in relevant professional achievements.

Soft Skills

• Exemplary attention to detail, an innate capacity for understanding complex systems rapidly, and strong problem-solving competencies.
• Stellar communication skills, with an ability to seamlessly integrate into team dynamics and engage meaningfully with stakeholders.

Performance Objectives

• Take control of the current product enhancement cycle, gradually taking over all product-related responsibilities within the organization.
• Success metrics will include product conversion rates, overall product expansion, and the quality and delivery timelines of new features.
