We are a lean, small team looking to expand our efforts and grow our footprint across the crypto and finance sector.

Role Description

  • Fully remote
  • Opportunity to grow with the community as we scale

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new members and ensure a smooth first-week experience
  • Troubleshoot common member issues and escalate complex cases to leadership

Sales Support

  • Engage prospective members via phone calls, text messages, and email to answer questions and walk them through membership options
  • Follow up on warm leads, trial users, and inquiries to help convert interest into active memberships

Daily Operations

  • Support the distribution of daily signals and calls across channels

Scheduling & Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, calls, and events across the team
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they come up
  • Provide flexible support wherever the team needs an extra set of hands

Brand & Community Engagement

  • Assist with light content scheduling and announcements

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in operations and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort on phone calls
  • Customer service mindset with a friendly, professional tone
  • Self-directed, organized, and reliable in a fully remote environment
  • Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or airdrop farming is a strong plus but not essential
  • Comfortable with tools like Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, Chatgpt/Claude, and Google Workspace
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not required
