Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Institutional Liquidity, DeFi, and Stablecoins at XDC Network in New York, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves bringing large scale institutional liquidity into tokenisation of assets and global payments. This may include working with stablecoin issuers, family offices and funds to explain benefits of tokenisation and blockchain based payments.
The role also includes attracting decentralised finance projects to build on XDC by supporting them with liquidity.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in institutional sales.
- Prior experience in managing/dealing with or attracting large numbers and high net worth clients.
- Experience in institutional liquidity management and decentralized finance (DeFi)
- Proficient understanding of stablecoins and their operations
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute liquidity solutions
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities in financial environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
