Who We Are
At Anza, we're at the forefront of blockchain technology, developing the Agave client to enhance the Solana — a blockchain designed for rapid growth without compromising security or scalability. We pioneer advanced developer tooling to meet the evolving demands of decentralized applications.
The Role
As the Developer Relations Lead for Agave, you’ll be the go-to person for the primary Solana validator client's community of users, validators, and core developers. You will help key stakeholders understand changes made to Agave, notify them of upcoming upgrades and how it may impact their application, validator, or business, and otherwise work with the community to understand their needs for Agave. You will also work with the core development team to provide documentation and content, navigate the SIMD process, and coordinate amongst other client teams, reporting on performance and other key metrics for Agave.
Responsibilities
- Communicate critical software changes and their impact to key stakeholders
- Keep pace with understanding the rapidly innovating Solana ecosystem and translate that information to connect projects with potentially mutually beneficial partners
- Release notes/changes - share and digest release notes. Anticipate impact on various stakeholders ahead of time, communicate releases actually mean and who is impacted
- Agave Stats/Performance – track (and create) key data metrics for Agave, share those postings with the team and publicly. Compare and track Agave performance vs. Firedancer
- Attend and speak at technical events around the globe including meetups, hackathons, and conferences
- Engage, grow, and prove technical support to our community of validators and developers via various social channels (e.g. GitHub, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Stack Overflow, and more)
- Own and oversee technical documentation including docs, blog posts, tutorials, videos, etc. to address knowledge gaps and accelerate partners’ understanding and collaboration around the Solana ecosystem
- Work closely with the Anza core engineering team to understand their priorities and focuses, and share information with the Solana ecosystem
