The Crypto Card Issuing Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and management of crypto-based card products. This position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, operations, and technology, to ensure the successful issuance and operation of crypto cards for customers.
Responsibilities
- Product Development & Management: Lead the development and enhancement of crypto card products, ensuring they meet market demand and regulatory standards;
- Business Strategy: Create and execute strategies to drive the growth and adoption of crypto cards, working towards increasing market share and revenue;
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that crypto card products comply with relevant financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and other industry standards;
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, risk management, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, operation, and scaling of crypto card services;
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, merchants, and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term business opportunities;
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends in the crypto payments space, competitors, and customer feedback to continuously improve the crypto card product offerings;
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with crypto card issuance, including fraud prevention, financial stability, and security concerns.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services, with a focus on card issuing, payments, or product management;
- Strong understanding of crypto payments, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency regulations (e.g., AML, KYC);
- Proven ability to drive product development from concept to launch and manage the lifecycle of card products;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Strategic thinker with a focus on business growth and customer satisfaction;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex financial products;
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus for international markets).
