We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to help develop and implement policies and procedures appropriate for our various businesses. You will also review KYC information and provide advice on compliance. To succeed in this role, you should be a reliable professional who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decisions. You should be familiar with risk management and evolving standards for blockchain and crypto-asset companies. Your goal will be to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support the Chief Compliance Officer in the development and implementation of an effective compliance program across applicable laws, including anti-money laundering and sanctions, data privacy and other important compliance issues, as applicable Conduct on-chain investigations, draft/file reports with relevant regulatory agencies Assist in revising policies/procedures, regulatory training, and other related projects Review KYB/KYC submissions in our vendor portal Participate in AML audit Organize data and maintain trackers on various compliance issues Attend various compliance meetings and maintain the agenda and follow-up items

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Proven experience as a Compliance Professional (3-5 years) Bachelor's degree Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements; familiarity with global regulatory issues facing blockchain and crypto-asset businesses Ability to develop and maintain detailed reporting Ability to assess applicability of traditional finance regulatory rules to our business Demonstrated capacity to function in a hyper-growth, blockchain startup environment Preference for those having experience in blockchain, crypto-assets, fintech, MSBs, or other similarly regulated organizations Excellent communication skills Skills for collaborating with external and internal stakeholders Education and training employees on regulations and industry practices Addressing employee concerns or questions on compliance matters Keeping abreast of internal standards and business goals

AML certification (ACAMS) Quick learner, voracious reader who can integrate knowledge with practice Intellectually curious with a desire to tackle new subjects, dig into new technologies and help move the law and policy in new directions Comfortable working with anyone and the ability to gently persuade or firmly convince Interest in building the future of the internet, Web 3.0 and the metaverse Global mindset

Salary Range: $98,600 to $123,200 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
