We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager for one of our portfolio companies to join a dynamic team as a leading company in the Bitcoin Ecosystem. As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our presence within the crypto and Web3 industry. If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development with a deep understanding of the Bitcoin ecosystem, we want to hear from you.Β 

Job Description:Β 

As a Business Development (BD) Manager/ Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach across the North America / Western markets. Your role will involve representing the business at relationship building opportunities and events, identifying and cultivating strategic relationships with Venture Capital Investors and Hedge Funds. You will also help foster relationships with key KOLs, media, developers, and community influencers to promote our company.Β 

Key Responsibilities:

●  Representing the company in the Western markets

●  Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, VCs, partners, and KOL’s within the Web3 industry.

●  Identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive market expansion.

●  Collaborating closely with our CEO/Founders, development teams, product, and marketing to align business objectives and strategies.

●  Leveraging your technical knowledge of crypto technology, particularly within the Bitcoin ecosystem, to effectively communicate our value proposition and offerings.

●  Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet and exceed targets.

●  Providing exceptional support and guidance to partners throughout the BD cycle, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term partnerships.

●  Staying current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

●  Be self directed, results oriented with a growth mindset

Qualifications:

●  3+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the Crypto industry.Β 

●  Familiarity with KOLs, VC’s, media channels, and community engagement strategies.Β 

● Existing network is a strong asset.Β 

●  Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Β 

●  Proficiency in crypto native applications, Microsoft and Google Suite Applications.Β 

●  Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Β 

●  Willingness to travel for meetings and events.Β 

●  English speaking role. Ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
