We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist with a specific focus on Web3 ventures to join our Business Development team. As a Web3 ventures specialist, you will be instrumental in leading fundraising efforts for our incubated projects, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful capital acquisition to fuel the growth of innovative projects within the decentralized ecosystem.
 
Responsibilities:
 
1. Fundraising Strategy:
   - Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for Web3 ventures within our incubation portfolio.
   - Collaborate with project teams to understand funding needs and devise tailored fundraising plans.
 
2. Investor Relations:
   - Cultivate and manage relationships with potential investors, including venture capitalists, angel investors, and strategic partners in the Web3 and blockchain space.
   - Coordinate investor meetings, pitch sessions, and follow-ups to drive successful fundraising outcomes.
 
3. Pitch Development:
   - Craft compelling pitch materials, including presentations, pitch decks, and financial models.
   - Work closely with project teams to articulate value propositions, market potential, and growth opportunities to potential investors.
 
4. Due Diligence:
   - Lead due diligence processes, providing necessary information to investors and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
   - Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address investor inquiries and concerns.
 
5. Fundraising Events:
   - Organize and execute fundraising events, roadshows, and networking opportunities to showcase Web3 ventures to potential investors.
   - Represent the projects at industry conferences and events to attract investment interest.
 
6. Market Insights:
   - Stay informed about market trends, investor sentiment, and fundraising best practices within the Web3 and blockchain space.
   - Provide insights to project teams based on market feedback and investor expectations.
 
Requirements:
 
1. Proven experience in fundraising and capital acquisition within the Web3 or blockchain industry.
2. Knowledge of tokenomics and experience with token-based fundraising models.
3. Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and investor dynamics in the space.
4. Strong networking skills with an existing network of investors in the Web3 and blockchain community.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to potential investors.
6. Results-driven mindset with a track record of successfully raising capital for innovative projects.
7. Dynamic and multitasking.
 
Bonus Skills:
 
1. Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) fundraising mechanisms.
2. Passionate for gaming.
