We're seeking an experienced Business Development & Ecosystem Lead to drive growth across the EU and MENA regions. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding liquidity, and strengthening our DeFi ecosystem through meaningful collaborations with protocols, funds, and key industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

    • Identify and source high-quality blockchain projects for listing on Aster.
    • Engage with project teams and conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with Aster’s listing standards.
    • Source, develop and drive meaningful relationships with partners across the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
    • Represent the platform in industry events and other networking opportunities to boost
    • company’s exposure, and forge relationships with potential partners.
    • Develop and execute business strategies to increase Aster’s visibility and strengthen its market position.
    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to strategize and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Prepare and deliver pitch-decks that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to partners.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in blockchain and DeFi.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progress.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a similar role in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or DeFi sectors.
    • A track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, onboarded clients and brand awareness
    • Crypto native and Web3 fluent (emojis, memes, etc) with deep understanding of blockchain
    • technology, cryptocurrency markets, and Web 3.0.
    • Strong communication and relationship building capabilities with clients.
    • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities.
    • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
    • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
