Job Description:
- Establish and manage the company brands globally. Coordinate the formulation of brand marketing strategies to determine the strategic direction and positioning. Conceive and effectively execute brand strategies using traditional and digital media.
- Plan and drive multi-channel brand marketing strategies from end-to-end, including but not limited to channels such as social media, email marketing, community outreach, strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, PR and 360-degree marketing campaigns to increase awareness and Improve brand sentiment
- Develop strategies for the company's target markets and ensure the effective execution of business plans to meet business unit expectations and goals.
- Support business development and product teams to conceive and execute marketing strategies to promote products and drive business growth.
- Develop marketing plans to increase demand for our products or services, develop plans for marketing promotions and events, and increase market exposure and sales.
- At least 5years global marketing experience with successful cases
- It is best to have experience in the financial industry and be familiar with regional marketing strategies and channels.
- Ability to easily handle tight deadlines and collaborate well with various teams for collaboration
- Ability to coach and lead a young team, being able to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage
- Prefer to have
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the current crypto and/or blockchain landscape preferred
