The Role:
At Metaversal, growth marketing and social media are about understanding how to communicate directly with creators, consumers, and brands across diverse sectors: art, fashion, gaming, and more.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead, design, and build a marketing team and execute an ambitious performance growth marketing strategy.The CMO will craft a thoughtful, revenue-generating go-to-market plan to ensure ideas and content are impactful to enhance the authority and influence of our brand.Our CMO will also be responsible for developing and executing creative campaigns that support production, distribution, and community development, all underpinned by a data-driven and analytical approach to growth.

Responsibilities:
- Strategize, build, and manage a social media team to drive growth across platforms
- Design and execute the Metaversal marketing strategy with campaigns that garner attention and press for our projects and brand by analyzing trends, metrics, and KPIs
- Constantly test and identify new channels of growth that reduce our CAC and accelerate our audience growth and reach
- Build a successful marketing funnel that converts our target audience into NFT holders
- Establish and bring in partnerships that will drive revenue and growth
- Oversee content, vivid vision execution (from the marketing and branding side), events, and SEO spend
- Drive the growth of the Metaversal community
- Establish a press and communications strategy that will secure thought leadership to elevate the company’s executive profiles globally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, in business, marketing, communication, or a related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in consumer digital marketing, including a high-growth startup environment
- 3+ years of people management and building a high-performing marketing team
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Web3, blockchain, digital assets, crypto, NFTs, and the major players within the field
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proven experience in driving marketing campaigns and building exposure for a major Web3 initiative
- Experience managing brand development, partnership strategies, and commercial growth across diverse revenue sources
- Experience in executing go-to-market strategies and business plans with thought partners, key stakeholders, and brands to drive awareness and revenue growth
- Skilled in community growth by utilizing social channels, tools, principles and practices e.g., SEO / SEM, Display, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CRM, and paid media
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with data analysis and the best tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualizing data
