Job Overview

As we work towards unveiling a new category-redefining brand and business, Collectibles.com is seeking a unique, multi-talented, Swiss Army knife-type of marketing professional to join our team.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, experienced marketing professional who loves the early-stage challenges of creating communications to distinguish a product/service from any competition, and to lead the charge in driving product adoption and community engagement. The successful candidate will define the voice and personality of the company, responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to promote Collectibles.com and its offerings. As the Director of Marketing, you'll take ownership of creating impactful campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and more. You'll also be responsible for designing unique customer journeys, managing an editorial content calendar, and producing engaging marketing materials to drive adoption of the product.

Requirements

You will

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to increase product adoption among collectors
  • Create promotional materials such as emails, social media posts, and other marketing materials to generate awareness and drive interest
  • Contribute to social media and content calendars by producing interesting and shareable content, such as blog articles, videos, infographics, etc.
  • Design and execute unique user journeys to enhance lead volume and quality
  • Build and maintain relationships with users, influencers, and thought leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a unique voice and maintain a cohesive brand experience for customers
  • Develop innovative marketing solutions to increase customer engagement and conversions
  • Track relevant metrics using analytics tools and report campaign performance to senior management
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends in the collectibles industry, latest technologies, and strategies

You are
  • 4+ years of experience in B2C growth marketing, social media marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing ops
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to prioritize opportunities
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
  • A desire to be accountable for meeting marketing targets and KPIs
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and leadership skills
  • Experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • A passion for collectibles is a strong plus
