Director of Marketing- Token

I am currently working with a successful gaming startup gearing up for an IPO who are looking to hire a Crypto Marketing Lead. The company has seen major success in the last few years which is in part due to its involvement in the Crypto space. They are known as early innovators in using Cryptocurrency, like NFTs, for gamification and are currently looking to expand further in the space. This role will play a significant part in the companyâs growth within the Crypto/ NFT space by heading the creation & execution of marketing campaigns while creating and positioning original content to drive community growth.
As the Marketing Lead you will:
- Work cross-functionally to create and execute multi-channel campaigns aimed at building and engaging the community
- Head content creation and content Marketing
- Build and execute marketing strategy based on insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Build and inspire a small team of high-performing token marketers
As the Marketing Lead, you:
- Have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Marketing with a strong background in SEO, Content Creation & content marketing strategy, and email marketing/CRM.
- Have at least 1-2 years of hands-on Crypto or NFT experience, token launching experience is a plus
- Have an eCommerce or Marketplace background
- Have an analytical and growth mindset
- Have experience working at a Startup
