They are looking for a Head of Marketing. You will be entirely responsible for managing and leading the entire marketing team, along with managing social media, branding, and communication.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Your primary role involves organizing and directing the marketing group along with managing marketing, partnerships, product marketing, content, social media, data analytics, branding, PR, and communications.
  • You are required to design and roll out new initiatives, campaigns, and programs with a growth marketing and branding focus.
  • Collaborate closely with management from other departments to make sure Marketing is in line with the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • You'll be responsible to create strategies for data-driven decision making; establish campaign, engagement, and event growth KPIs; and effectively present and communicate the analytical findings.
  • Develop OKRs and KPIs for the marketing team's quarterly reporting.
  • Your role also involves adopting a leading growth marketing approach for customer acquisition, loyalty, and engagement

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Should possess 8+ years of experience in this field, 3 + years of people management expertise, and 3+ years of experience working for a fast-growing startup
  • Extensive understanding of Layer-1 blockchain systems, DeFi, NFT, and cryptocurrency
  • Excellent comprehension of the data/metrics that must be monitored and examined to comprehend success and effectiveness in acquiring and retaining users and developers
  • Outstanding interpersonal, connection, and leadership capabilities along with excellent written and spoken English
  • Must be skilled in setting priorities, and completing time-sensitive projects on schedule and must be well-organized with a keen eye for detail
