The Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web3 Community & Operations Manager at our client. You will be responsible for finding, building and activating local communities, managing and making sure all their campaigns requirements are completed, and fostering a vibrant and supportive community environment for all their members.
The Responsibilities
  • Drive sign-ups for a top crypto exchanges & other projects.
  • Engage & recruit students, gamers, and other target groups.
  • Build communities that we can tap into for future campaigns.
  • Use creative marketing tactics (WhatsApp groups, Telegram, campus promotions, etc.).
The Requirements
  • You have a strong network (students, gamers, drivers, or crypto users).
  • You know how to convince people to sign up and take action.
  • You have experience in community building, affiliate marketing, or growth hacking.
  • You’re a hustler, execution-focused.
