SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized, detailed oriented individual to join our team as a Community Manager in our Granbury location. The Community Manager will be responsible for organizing, hosting, and managing events to engage the community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Community Engagement: Foster a strong community by developing engagement strategies. Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner. Monitor, track and report feedback.

Event Management:Plan, organize, and execute events that align with the company's goals. Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

Content Creation:Develop, implement and manage content strategies across all platforms to drive company awareness, engagement, and conversion. Coordinate with the Communications and Design team to illustrate content and social media posts.

Education:Stay up to date with digital technology trends and crypto industry news. Educate the community about the latest trends in crypto mining. Provide educational resources to help the communitybetter understand the company's products and services.

Crisis Management:Monitor community reactions and provide solutions to mitigate any potential crises related to the Company's reputation.

Analytics:Use data to analyze the success of community engagement strategies and events, adjusting plans as necessary to improve future efforts.

Local and State Government:Attend events in the local community and state level. For example: town halls and legislative sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Community Management with proven track record of managing communities.
  2. Experience with social media management, content creation, and customer service.
  3. Experience in planning and executing eventsThis might include virtual webinars, in-person conferences, or smaller community meetups.
  4. Knowledgeable in digital marketing, including SEO (search engine optimization), data analysis, and advertising can be beneficial for driving community growth and engagement.
  5. Prior experience in a role that required customer service can be beneficial, as community managers often serve as the point of contact for community members.
  6. Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, organizational skills, detailed oriented, and analytic skills.
