Binance Accelerator Program - Community (GC)
Responsibilities:
- Solve problems and answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team
- Collect community feedback and suggestions on products and activities, and assist in product optimization
- Manage the user community on platforms such as Telegram/Discord/Wechat, create high-quality and targeted community groups through autonomous governance, incentive programs and tools
- Organize and implement community campaigns such as airdrops and AMA's, and track their results on new user growth and user activation
Requirement:
- Experience in community operation or related professional experience, with retail user communication skills and PR sense, ideally with community growth skills
- Great passion for the cryptocurrency industry, ideally with experience in crypto and with DAOs and posses a fast learning ability
- Solutions focused, resourceful and strong sense of initiative
- Business or native English proficiency, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration
- Good to have extensive blockchain knowledge for new user education
- Good to be able to produce promotional content suitable for social communication
