RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively moderate official forum and chat channels (Discord, Telegram, Kakao) to foster positive and constructive discussions.
- Be up to date with company news and game mechanics in order to answer questions with precise information.
- Generate reports on overall player sentiment, community challenges, and hot topics.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Quality Assurance teams as necessary related to Q&A and escalation of issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written communication skills (English).
- Ability to collaborate and work with other teams to support plans and objectives.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of video game communities.
- Ability to be flexible and support regularly shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Strong, self-driven worth ethic with capability to be reliably productive in a remote work environment.
- Must love games.
DESIRABLE
- Previous community moderation experience.
- Experience in gaming/web3 communities.
