We are looking for a dynamic and passionate community manager to manage, grow and develop our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain and DeFi fundamentals, decentralized communities and community-building tools to build, support, and engage our community. This role will be highly visible with a far reaching impact on the success of C3.
- Community Management:Manage and operate our communities, such as Telegram groups, Discord, etc., regularly release project updates, answer community member queries, and enhance community activity and user participation.
- Technical Support:Address and resolve technical issues encountered by users on the C3.io platform. Provide guidance and assistance through various communication channels, including Telegram, Discord, and email. Work closely with the development team to identify, troubleshoot, and fix platform-related bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and product updates to provide accurate support to community members.
- KOL Relationship Building:Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the blockchain field, establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships, and inviting them to participate in project promotion activities.
- External Communities Relationship Building: Expand and manage relationships with other blockchain communities, providing them with resources, and encouraging their participation in the C3.io exchange.
- You have deep understanding and enthusiasm for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, with at least 2+ years of relevant work experience(web3 working experience and community / customer care experience).
- You present excellent project management and lead discovery abilities, capable of effectively identifying and tracking potential projects.
- You have extensive experience in social media and community management, familiar with platforms like Telegram, Twitter, Discord, etc.
- You present excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing good relationships with KOLs, developers, and community members.
- You have English as a native language as well as other languages.
