We are looking for a passionate and experienced crypto/finance community manager and social media marketing professional to build a strong and growth-oriented community engagement strategy with our partners and their user bases across various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for our fast-growing social media platforms.
  • Communicate with our communities on Discord and Telegram and work to grow these and other communities to keep them engaged.
  • Manage Discord and Telegram and other communities and channels as may be appropriate.
  • Develop & optimise our digital facing community and social media strategy across multiple channels.
  • Manage social media accounts with a focus on broadening the range of creative content to promote engagement and growth.

Requirement:

  • 2+ years of hands-on community and social media management, preferably in B2B2C crypto and/or tech companies
  • Strong proficiency in social platform tools, trends, growth patterns, tropes and engagement dynamics
  • Good knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and community building
  • Strong command over written and spoken English
  • Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, problem-solving and team collaboration skills
  • Creative, organised and comfortable balancing multiple ongoing communications and tasks simultaneously
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
