About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Content & Community Manager to join our team, who is excited about our mission to bring tokenised asset hedging to DeFi and Web3. They will be responsible for executing high impact content and growth campaigns to increase the awareness and activation efforts. They will champion community success in terms of growth, engagement and evangelism.

Responsibilities
Content and Social Media Management
- Establish Cruizeâs tone across multiple distribution channels including the website, blog, social, community, articles, etc.
- Monitor the industry landscape and research relevant data and insights on DeFi and crypto to evaluate new content ideas
- Develop technical content and product guides in partnership with engineers and designers
- Perform research on consumers and readers and produce highly tailored long and short form content for our online presence
- Research and create regular, high quality content on Medium, Twitter and Reddit revolving around updates, developments and other details
- Own the content calendar and ensure that content is published on time with the highest quality
- Use SEO and marketing principles to maximize copyâs reach
Community Support and Management
- Monitor, moderate and manage community sentiment on Twitter, Discord & Reddit for both technical and non-technical discussions
- Create community growth strategy with clear KPIs centered around user acquisition, growth, engagement, and retention
- Daily synthesis of important discussions and improvements proposals among the community for the management team. Use your role as community manager to glean insights within our community that can be funnelled back into our product, engineering, and growth teams.
- Organize and coordinate live online community events such as weekly community calls & discussions on Twitter spaces, Reddit & Discord
- Drive organic advocation and evangelism among the community and prominent names in the industry especially on crypto Twitter
- Coordinating product launches and feature releases within the Cruize communities
Requirements
- Youâre a degen yourself with a deep understanding of crypto culture and have an engaged follower base on Crypto Twitter and/or other social media channels
- You have 1+ years in a community management role, with a track record of building and growing a fast-growing, highly engaged crypto community from scratch
- Flair to create fluency across marketing channels through engaging content creation
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols as well as Web3, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs
- Solid grasp of marketing, advertising, user psychology, and conversion optimization
- Regular user of DeFi products and active in crypto communities on Twitter, Discord and Reddit
- A deep passion for DeFi, crypto, web3.0 and the future of finance
- Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy in a fast-paced environment to lead the direction for community success
- A contributor with excellent command over written and spoken English

- Experience in or knowledge of financial markets, trading, and investing
- Deep passion for emerging technologies and understanding their implications
- Active following on Twitter that brings organic engagement on your posts
- Existing relationships and networks in the crypto/DeFi/NFT space
