Responsibilities

Attract new users:

Work across different teams to design, implement, and execute initiatives that drive user and platform growth, including but not limited to promotional events, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, affiliates, marketing, and more. Keep a pulse on Twitter and social media trends that can serve towards promotional and growth campaigns.

Retain and engage existing users through community initiatives:

Manage Discord growth and engagement by initiating events, helping build a sense of community, generating excitement for major announcements, hosting community events, and tracking community sentiment. Initiate community focused campaigns through Discord and other social media outlets to engage the community.

Requirements

Experience managing and scaling large communities on Twitter, Discord, and or other social platforms Responds quickly and is active across social media Strong knowledge or interest in DeFi, crypto, and the 01 product suite Deep desire to grow 01’s user base globally Ability to operate autonomously, initiate ideas regularly, and execute confidently Fluent in English writing and verbal

Prior experience in a growth role at a crypto protocol or company Fluent in other languages
