Created by artist GianPiero D'Allesandro and his friend Justin Bieber, our collection was launched on December 15th, 2021. The brand is centered around 10,777 bears, each unique in their own way and generated from 150+ hand-drawn attributes by GianPiero.

Looking forward, inBetweeners is looking to expand the brand and utility for each Bear Holder by

  • Capturing the world's attention by becoming a global fashion brand
  • Throwing iconic events during cultural gatherings around the world
  • Granting our holders unprecedented access to whitelists, perks, etc.

We're looking for a full-time hire to source, vet, and launch partnerships for the inBetweeners brand

Who You are
  • You've worked in a BD, sales, or partnership role at a startup and love wearing multiple hats.
  • You're optimistic about the future and experiment with emerging technologies.

What you will do
  • Define inBetweeners short/mid-term NFT Creator and Brand Partner strategy leveraging our unique value propositions, considered through key market and landscape trends, to create an actionable plan for internal and external stakeholders to activate against.
  • Create opportunity assessment criteria using brand and product strategy as key inputs to ensure marketing plans are tiered for internal efficiency and maximized value for all parties.
  • Work closely with the Founding/Core team asynchronously to stay up to date on all internal & external projects.
  • Create and manage a fast-growing pipeline of whitelist opportunities and strategic partnerships with Creators and Brands.
  • Grow relationships with existing partners to help them best leverage inBetweeners and our partners'
  • Be constantly innovating, creating new and engaging ways to work with partners and drive value for them and for inBetweeners.
  • Be detail orientated - ensuring deadlines are adhered to and all aspects of the process are tracked and shared to relevant stakeholders.
  • Be consumer/audience-led - use consumer insights and historical performance data to guide the roster of Creators and Brands that inBetweeners works with
  • Be a voice of the consumer - provide ongoing insight into trends, subcultures, and movements that inBetweeners should be integrating into plans.
  • Strike a balance between big picture, long-term thinking, and tightly managed execution of critical plans.
Minimum qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, including experience in gaming, crypto, web3, art and entertainment, fashion
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • A thorough understanding of how to create and drive successful Creator programs
  • Proven networker with the ability to build and cultivate relationships
  • Experience in developing integrated marketing plans and working with large teams
  • Able to develop and move projects forward independently and autonomously
