As a Community Manager on our team, you will:

  • Build, cultivate, monitor, moderate and manage Snickerdoodle’s community across multiple platforms (Discord, Telegram, Reddit, or any other channel where we need to be.)
  • Develop strategies for launching new channels, growing existing channels, and developing engagement strategies.
  • Consolidate and analyze feedback and community pulse to report back to the larger leadership, product and business teams.
  • Explore, and support collaboration opportunities with influencers, other communities, developers, crypto thought leaders, and other potential partners.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product and Marketing on communications and growth-hacks to support product launches, events, and a multitude of other communications on community platforms.
  • Develop KPIs to measure the success of our community’s growth and engagement

You ideally have:

  • 2+ years experience in community management with direct experience in launching, building, cultivating and managing community initiatives
  • Active engagement within Crypto communities on Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram
  • A passion for NFTs, crypto and web 3.0
  • Excellent written communications skills which allows you to effectively communicate with diverse audiences in any format and in any medium, while being aware about local context and sensitivities.
  • The drive to want to own what you do, problem solve through blockers, and ask for help from your team when you need it.

  • A social following based on your engaging content and helpful demeanor
  • Ability to create dynamic, engaging written content (memes and more)
  • A desire to work in a decentralized environment with a high degree of ownership and independence
  • Can speak other languages
  • Can use photo editing software to a high standard
