As a Senior CRM Manager at Flipster, you’ll be a key player in our growth team, driving email marketing strategies and push notification campaigns to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your role will involve crafting compelling campaigns, analyzing performance, and optimizing results to keep Flipster’s growth on track.

You’ll collaborate with the team to turn data into action, create innovative campaigns, and help shape Flipster’s presence in the crypto market. Whether it’s performance marketing or eye-catching emails, your work will play a central role in scaling our business.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process for email campaigns—creating personalized, creative campaigns that drive growth.
• Design eye-catching emails that connect with our audience and communicate clear messages.
• Work with the marketing team to drive new customer acquisition and keep users engaged long-term.
• Use data to optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion.
• Partner with Product, Business Strategy, and Design teams to align campaigns with Flipster’s goals and brand voice.
• Track performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
• Leverage data to target specific user segments and personalize messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally in crypto or fintech (experience in trading is a plus).
• Strong understanding of crypto markets and how to apply it to marketing strategies.
• Creative, strategic, and results-oriented with solid project management skills.
• Proficient in email platforms (Iterable) and automation tools.
• Strong multitasker with the ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred

• Additional language skills (Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, Spanish) are a plus.
• Data Literacy and SQL ability are also a plus.
