About the opportunity:
Join our team and take on the responsibility of company-wide campaign risk control review, automation capability building, and enhancing review efficiency. Together with the team, you will contribute in planning work routes and improving external risk control outputs. As part of the CEO Office, this role offers the opportunity for the team to directly report to the Group CEO and benefit from adequate mobilised resources. What You;ll Be Doing:
- Review & conduct early detection by utilizing campaigns' risk rules to prevent fraudulent participation in our campaign
- Review high-risk users detected automatically by the system. Through the analysis of suspicious users, continuously optimize the existing risk control strategy.
- Cross functionally collaborate with campaign PM team/ Opreators/ Risk Data Engineer to make sure all the SOPs can execute successfully.
What We Look For In You:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to organise and allocate resources effectively.
- High level of responsibility, with the ability to respond promptly to any business requests or demands.
- Proficiency in SQL, modelling and BI tools.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese for cross functional collaboration purpose (Note that some engineers base out of Singapore are only mandarin speaking)
