We are now looking for a talented Head of P2P Market who is aligned with our vision and can join us on the mission to revolutionize the financial industry.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive development of the P2P Market in Crypto Bot.
- Improve processes for order creation and execution, dispute resolution, and integrating payment methods.
- Monitor and identify problems related to fraudulent activities, generate and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with the support team to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Research and analyze key market trends, and propose development strategies for the P2P platform in Crypto Bot.
- Update, organize and summarize internal and external documentation, such as knowledge bases, FAQ, and other relevant materials.
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian.
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a P2P product in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
