About the Role

Trust Wallet is looking for a highly driven and crypto-native Junior Growth Business Development professional to support our expansion across blockchain ecosystems. You will work closely with other BD teammates to identify high-impact opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and help drive user growth through ecosystem partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about Web3, has strong execution and learning capabilities, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on blockchain ecosystems (L1s, L2s, major dApps, etc.) to uncover growth opportunities.

• Identify and source promising projects or partners that can help drive wallet user growth.

• Support partnership outreach, pitch preparation, negotiations, and deal execution.

• Coordinate follow-ups and manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure long-term impact.

• Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and analytics to align on growth goals and measure performance.

• Monitor industry trends and provide insight into emerging technologies and user behaviors.

Requirements

• Strong passion for crypto and Web3 with a solid understanding of the ecosystem.

• High level of execution and ownership — you move fast, take initiative, and follow through.

• Fast learner with strong curiosity and adaptability in a changing environment.

• Excellent research, synthesis, and analytical thinking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Previous experience in BD, crypto investment research, or a Web3 internship is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with crypto wallets, dApps, or blockchain protocols.

• Exposure to Telegram projects or community-driven growth models.

• Bilingual (Mandarin + English) is a bonus.
