We are seeking an experienced DeFi Product Manager with a strong skill in technical writing expertise to join our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of our product, from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and ongoing improvement. 

The candidate should be familiar with latest DeFi trends such as - design of DEXes, cross-chain intent protocols, solver networks, chain abstraction, account abstraction.

It’s preferable that the candidate understands trading products in DeFi - DEXes, Lending protocols, CLOBs Bonus points if candidate has understanding of bridges, L2s (rollups) and blockchain fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

Product Management

• Help teams to manage and visualize outcomes, prioritize work and adhere to agreed minimum viable product (MVP), priorities and scope
• UX Wireframes of features, screen flow diagrams
• Creation and prioritization of use cases, configuration values
• Comprehensive understanding of user needs, user behavior and user trends
• Using deep market knowledge to develop and customize the product
• Economy models - excel simulations of economic models of features
• Formulas with mathematical description of variables
• Track product performance using key metrics
• Product review - Actively makes sure that teams understand the goal and regularly reviewing the product corresponds with the goal even in development phase
• Art design review - approving the designs
• Product research - keep a picture on competitive landscape and translate industry trends into product feature roadmap

Technical Writing

• Develop and manage product requirements documents and user stories
• Write technical materials for developers
• Improve expert skills in and knowledge of the product

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Product Management within the crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of DeFi products and relevant technologies.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong analytical and technical knowledge to be able to grasp technical DeFi products
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Appreciated : Presence on socials (X and/or Farcaster).

Non-Negotiables:

• Crypto Insider: We need someone deeply immersed in the crypto world, with extensive knowledge of current trends, emerging technologies, and industry narratives.
• Experience with Native Crypto Protocols: Proven experience working with native crypto protocol projects is essential.
