Sales and Client Relations Manager
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement an effective go-to-market strategy to identify, penetrate and grow our reach into markets.
- Increase awareness of the protocol among lenders and borrowers in the space by proposing marketing initiatives, including conferences and events attendance, partnerships and media.
- Build and manage relationships with borrowers and other partners, including the sourcing and onboarding process.
- Close high-value deals and onboard key trading desks, market makers, and similar parties to our platform.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key counterparties from both the crypto and TradFi spaces.
- Gather market insights and product feedback to be used to tailor the platform to business needs and developing new products.
- Increase customer engagement by promoting new features to new and existing counterparties.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and client relationship management experience in a high-performing organization.
- Deep understanding of fixed income markets and platforms such as Hidden Road, FalconX, Maple, and Clearpool.
- Understanding of different players on the borrowing and market-maker landscapes.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with trading desks, market makers, and lender pools.
- Sales awareness, recognizing the risks and opportunities in undercollateralized credit.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to use data-driven insights.
- Technical proficiency to explain and differentiate our DeFi protocol’s offerings.
- Ability to perform basic actions in the EVM ecosystem.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
